All earnings projections shown are estimates only. Final referral fees are determined by the exact number of employees enrolled in the Quantum Health Benefits plan, as confirmed by each employer's completed census.
Commission structure: The standard referral fee is $5.00 per enrolled employee per month, payable for as long as the company remains on the QHB plan. For employers on the entry-level $500 plan, the referral fee is $1.00 per enrolled employee per month. For employers on the $600 plan, the referral fee is $2.50 per enrolled employee per month. All projections assume the standard $5.00 rate. Your account manager will confirm the applicable rate at time of enrollment.
