Commission structure: The standard referral fee is $5.00 per enrolled employee per month, payable for as long as the company remains on the QHB plan. For employers on the entry-level $500 plan, the referral fee is $1.00 per enrolled employee per month. For employers on the $600 plan, the referral fee is $2.50 per enrolled employee per month. All projections assume the standard $5.00 rate. Your account manager will confirm the applicable rate at time of enrollment.
